Palladium-107 in the early solar system

ABSTRACT
An intense irradiation of the solar system material by the cosmic-rays originating from a nearby supernova may have been sufficient to produce in certain meteorites an excess of 107Ag, which is the decay product of 6.5 × 106-year 107Pd from the 106Pd (n, γ)107Pd reaction- Published : 1979-06-20
